At The Wizard Venture, we create experiences that help you transform yourself, your organization, and the world around you. We've been creating unique experiences for over thirty years in the form of  training sessions, conferences, shows, and experiential retreats. We use unique insights from neuroscience, cognitive psychology, performing arts training, deep trance meditation, illusion arts and other "outside the box" disciplines to help you redefine yourself and your team. You will learn methods for actively transforming the business and social structures around you. Sometimes the experiences we provide look like keynote talks. Other times, they might look like shows, workshops or weekend retreats. Sometimes they look and feel like real magic!

The Wizard Venture began with two books by Tobias Beckwith.  He felt that the performer's experience and point of view could be immensely useful to  business leaders, students, parents, educators and others. In the process of writing, he discovered the idea of real wizards -- great change leaders from history like Leonardo da Vinci, Mohandas Gandhi, Albert Einstein and Steve Jobs -- and realized that many of their "secrets" were the same as the ones he had thought to teach when he began the book. After many years of study, of working and reworking the material, The Wizard's Way and The Wizard's Way to Powerful Presentations were the result.
